Policies

  1. Parents must remain on site at all times while children are attending in our playroom.
  2. We encourage bookings the night before , however, we can accommodate drop-ins in emergencies.
  3. Children must not be brought into the studio if they are suffering from illness, fever, coughing or any communicable disease.
  4. If a child should become inconsolable , the parent is responsible to attend to their child.
  5. We do not provide meals. Food may be brought and stored in our kitchen. Staff can provide children their pre-packaged snack.
  6. Please advise us of any allergies as we may share snacks (we always have extra fruit and crackers to share).
  7. Work spaces must be kept clean and tidy.
  8. Please respect the privacy of other members.
  9. Illegal activity from our IP Address will not be permitted
  10. Please keep kitchen area tidy by ensuring all spills are cleaned up and dirty dishes and utensils are placed in the sink or dishwasher.
  11. Please be respectful of other members and keep noise and loud conversations to a minimum.
  12. Please use headphones.
  13. Please treat staff with dignity and respect. Abusive language or physical abuse will not be tolerated.
  14. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  15. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances.
  16. By providing us with your contact information including email, you consent to receiving our newsletter and other information by email.
  17. Coworking Parents Studio will not be held liable for any personal injury, bodily harm, injury, or property damage occurring to a child while under the care of our staff  (not including obvious neglect or abuse).
